We would kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines when ordering or collecting Parts:

• Call the depot first to ensure parts required are available
• In the interests of safety, we are operating a closed door policy. When approaching one of our hub depots, please follow the instructions visible onsite for assistance
• Please do not enter the premises / building; a parts advisor will bring your parts out to you. Please wear a mask.
• Stay at least 2m from employees and other customers
• You can request your Parts are delivered to you. We will accommodate this request wherever when can.
• Please note, you can also buy genuine JCB parts online
