Rose Builders Blossoms with Major JCB Deal

A leading construction firm has made a significant investment in a fleet of JCB equipment through Greenshields JCB.

Essex-based Rose Builders has taken delivery of the machines – which include 12.5-metre and 17-metre JCB Loadall Telescopic Handlers and 3-tonne Swivel Tip Site Dumper models – to work on its major residential and commercial developments in the region.

The machines are already deployed on Rose Builders’ sites across Essex and the East of England. They join an extensive existing fleet of JCB equipment which also includes excavator models. The firm’s plant is in continuous use – working on projects spanning from large-scale commercial projects to its own residential developments.

JCB is the world’s leading Telescopic Handler manufacturer and the high-specification models purchased by Rose Builders all have fork positioners and air conditioning as standard. A move which has been well received by the company’s permanent plant operators.
