Bauma 2013, in Munich.
Greenshields and several of it’s customers were Munich bound last month to attend the JCB stand at Bauma 2013, the International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery & Mining Equipment from 17th to 19th April.
Energy efficiency and fuel saving were the two main hot topics at this years exhibition, so it was the perfect opportunity for JCB to introduce for the first time at Bauma, it’s lower emissions, Ecomax engines. Ecomax meets the latest EU stage IIIB/US Tier 4 emissions regulations without the use of diesel particulate filters, after treatment or additives. JCB is fitting the ecomax engine to excavators, backhoe, wheel, telescopic and compact loaders, telescopic handlers, rough terrain forklifts and it will significantly reduce fuel consumption of these machines.
