Sales Support and Demonstration Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Support and Demonstration Co-ordinator to cover the Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire and South West London areas. Based out of our Farnham depot and reporting to the Demonstration and Installation Manager, the position will support the management of the demonstration fleet and machine installations for the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery and installation of demonstration fleet machines in line with the Company’s expectations
  • Support with machine installations
  • Demonstration of industry specific knowledge and experience
  • Interface between the company, sales team and the customer

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Strong industry knowledge and experience of heavy plant machinery
  • Full driving licence and CPCS card with a range of tickets required
  • Ability to tow a plant trailer
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure
  • The ability to provide high levels of customer care
  • Willingness to help both internal and external customers
  • Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
