Receptionist / HR Support


We are looking for a full-time Receptionist at our Farnham depot. This is an important role to help promote the professional and friendly first impression of our company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answer, direct and announce all incoming calls in a courteous, efficient and helpful manner
  • Greet and sign-in all visitors in a friendly manner and offer refreshments and use of facilities as appropriate
  • Open and sort the daily inbound post
  • Provide administrative support to Customer Support and Head Office departments as required
  • Assist the Group HR Manager with Training, H&S projects and Administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Previous receptionist work is essential
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable at all times
  • The ability to provide high levels of customer care
  • Organised with excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills
  • IT Proficient
  • Interpersonal relationships/ Customer awareness/ Commercial awareness
  • Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
  • Previous HR experience or interest in HR would be an advantage
