The Marketing & Events Co-ordinator is a fantastic new key position supporting the Marketing Manager and is at the heart of driving our marketing campaigns across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Greenshields Social Media content distribution
  • Arranging corporate entertainment and promotional events
  • Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns; use of Google Analytics and Campaign URLs to drive online traffic an advantage
  • Assisting with website content creation and upkeep
  • Procurement of promotional items and literature
  • Manage sales lead allocation and updates

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Marketing Qualification (CIM Certificate in Marketing / Marketing degree)
  • Effective project management skills
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce), Social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram) and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and MailChimp an advantage
  • Experience of organising events
